Homeward Bound

An early night meant that I was up before 7.00, packed and ready to leave an hour early.

So we were at the airport in plenty of time for a leisurely lunch and to sit around waiting to board.

What a shame, then, that the plane came into a different gate and without any announcement people aimed in the opposite direction and we were suddenly near the end of the queue to board.

Not to worry, we sat right at the back (with a window) and the small children nearby were very well behaved so, all in all, it was relaxing day.

We've been to our choir practice (thanks to A for a delicious meal) and now it's time to switch off.
