Bodha Ceann an Saile
Too windy to get out of the loch today, so Cyclops & I did a lovely dive on Bodha Ceann an Saile: a huge lump of rock that rises to within 5m of the surface at the mouth of Loch Inchard. Even though the loch is fairly sheltered there was still a lot of swell in the shallows. We dropped down from the Cardinal Marker buoy to the foot of the rock, then made our way back up. Cyclops got some nice video of the mooring (there's a link from Cyclops' blip), which shows how much swell there was on the surface. I was busy trying to switch my camera on at the time!
Here's a group of nudibranchs (seaslugs) laying eggs in the kelp, each of them is about the size of your thumb nail . The kelp was flapping around quite a bit so I was please with this shot.
