More Stained Glass

This window came into our workshop today. It's made by Harry Clarke who is something of a god in the stained glass world. The paintwork is amazing. The textures and patterns in the background are top class and there is some lovely old knobbly glass that you just can't get any more.

Have just shown picture to husband and he says the face is the spit of Sean McBride, once an Irish minister of Foreign Affairs. Will have to check this one out, artists do sometimes get their sources from interesting places and it does look very like him on google images!
