Forth & Clyde Canal 10th Anniversary

I mentioned yesterday that I would be back to the marina/canal today as there was something planned to celebrate the anniversary of the reopening. Well I should have guessed - the local paper got it wrong! Its all happening on Saturday,

They expect up to 80 boats to join a flotilla which will travel the canal from Glasgow to Falkirk. Lots of opportunities to see them along the way.

I was told that a few of them had in fact started to congregate at Speirs Wharf in Glasgow today so I stopped by for a quick Blip.
