Dipping Egg

Carys is tired after her first full week at school and as for William, well I'm hoping he is under the weather or teething as he has mostly been foul today bless him. Carys came home on Wednesday and asked if she could have an egg in an egg cup for tea one day. She had seen it on a TV programme at school.

Bad Mummy hasn't done this for tea before as she only likes hard boiled eggs, not because she could burn water before anyone is rude. So tonight was the night, Carys loved it and Will ate more for me than he has eaten all week. Soft boiled eggs will be on the menu again. Just don't look at Delia's website to find out how long to boil them for. Who knew boiling an egg could be so complicated!
