Green = Go - Red = Stop

Sums up the day pretty well really:

Green = Go - This morning I was flying, I got a heck of a lot of work done.

Red = Stop - This afternoon it took one email to ruin the day, plus pointless questions.

And to top it all we end up with a very poor blip.
