Back in Rio...

...to Rock in Rio. More like 'Sleep in Rio', for me! Great to be back though and this arrival from working in Miami, seemed like a genuine coming home.

We headed for the beachfront, missing Elton John and Stevie Wonder who had gone for a stroll there a few hours before. After a few pasteis (deep fried pastries stuffed with prawn and palm hearts, in our case) and beers in Real Chopp, I felt sufficiently restored to have a siesta.

Here's a little Brazilian culture (cachoeira dancing) taken from the pencil holder on our desk, just before we head out from our wifi zone in search of the Stars of Rock!
