Winning Smile!

Helen has every reason to look happy - she's just finished a mile long swim in Strathclyde Loch as part of the Great Scottish Swim. Not only was it a very chilly 12.8C, but she bettered her personal best for the distance with a fast time of 31 minutes. Well done!
