heirloom tomato tart

mid baking session this afternoon, i pulled together the things that were on my counter to take a photo. only upon uploading it to my computer did i realize how closely it resembled catalogue photos for one of my current jobs (spoon).

but boy was it delicious! salty, cheezy, yet tart textured crust. sweetness of heirloom tomato preserves. tart goat cheese. thick tomato slices.
