ends a perfect evening sky

i spent the evening basking in the perfect golden sunlight. illuminating the first touches of fall color. casting a golden glow over little traverse bay. yet starkly contrasted. looking east the sky brought a stormy gloom. richly colorful rainbow shining brightly through. a seemingly perfect evening sky.

after soaking it all in for quite some time, i realized a photo would have been good. all that remained was the golden glow on the lake...
