Running in the Dark

Got out of a late shift today due to training, its not all bad, no late finish!

In the evening I met up with A and we went running along the canal at Bradford on Avon.

Not to be caught out like we were last week, we were prepared, high viz tabard and torch! I got there early hoping to catch a Blip, but A was early too so didn't get the chance.

We did a good hour run, it was lovely and warm, and the torch was in use on the way back!

Quick shower, food and then bed ready for more training in the morning.
