Run

I ran straight from work today so this is all I took to work. No handbag and NO PHONE! Argh. I am surprised I lasted the day to be honest. My run was ok but I will be glad when this race is over! Why do I always sign up for this stuff!! I am kind of looking forward to it, it should be fun and I'm doing it with 3 friends but i will feel better when I've done it.
As I am currently in the wars I will be taking extra careas 12k obstacle course is pretty dangerous considering I can and often do injure myself just doing my normal daily routine!
