Get to Work

Finally got my appointment for physio on my knee, 8 weeks on the waiting list, so it had improved somewhat since it went wrong, back in July.

Thorough examination suggests most of it is OK but need to strengthen the supporting muscles. To begin with I have a set of four exercises to do every day.

Hopefully before too long I'll be able to get on with all those activities I'd planned for my retirement.
