Spinning!

My PE class for this term is spinning and its been kind of rough so far. Today was my third class and I've received validation in the form of double digit kWh produced! I'm not sure if that's good or not but it's definitely a new high for me :) I can't say for sure what had spurred the increase in energy this class, but I'm going to say that it was probably all the Glee music the teacher played during the class!
