Olympic trials number 1: the discus

Dizzle enjoyed throwing an old CD around in the kitchen. Don't think he'll make the Olympic team though. It's all in the wrist action.

Highs and lows of today:

Too much stuff and not enough time at work. The to do list now runs to two A4 pages.
Got taken out for lunch. Cheese And Marmite Panini, white chocolate and raspberry cake, and skinny chai latte. Thanks, Mrs Saint Roud. And Mr Saint Arbucks.
