Crumble

A colleague bought in some windfall apples and it seemed rude not to make the most of them - I raided the cupboard and searched online and managed to find a recipe for the ingredients I had in the house - an apple crumble with ground almonds in (which needed to be used by the end of the month). Very yummy!

If Andy's home before midnight there might even be some left for him :o)
