Street light

hanging across the street outside the gite was this beautiful light which I tried, unsuccessfully, to do justice with a blip.

we went to a French water/theme park today - the day was spoilt by the inability of the french to queue - on most of the water rides you needed a rubber ring which you collected from people at the end of their turn - instead of having an attendant collecting the used rings and handing them out to the front of the queue there was a mass of people all pushing to the front and fighting for each ring - I got involved with a very angry lady with a tug-of-war fight over a rubber ring.

My wife also got very annoyed with my daughter's inability to steer the peddlo - i would love to put the video on you tube.
