Or, Brown Birch Bolete. This sprung up in the garden yesterday and we decided to allow it to mature overnight. I had every intention of eating it with tonight's dnner. Unfortunately some small wriggly visitors got there first and helped themselves. I will be more careful with the next one.

Shamrock Rovers v Tottenham Hotspur tonight. Needless to say Spurs should win comfortably but football is a funny old game so we live in hope. TV already on. Kick off in 45 minutes.
