Stress, stress, stress!

Today has NOT gone to plan - not even a bit!!

We wanted to go out for the day but we had an email saying a delivery was coming so we stayed in, hoping it would arrive in the morning. It came late afternoon.....and wasn't what we ordered :-/

So I decided to 'pop out' on my own to Brechfa Forest to get a blip, hoping to find something arty. Well I went the wrong way and got lost. I eventually got there and it was 'closed'! I was sent to another public entrance further on. MUCH further on! I felt like I would come to the North Wales coast if I carried on much further!

When I did get there I walked for a fair while and was there anything worth blipping? No. There was not! So as I sulkily trudged back, with my tender sore feet, I thought the road to the car park was nicely lit. Never dreamt it would end up being my blip but there you go!! At least there are no pylons or lampposts!

So then I drove to Carmarthen to get Mr C his list of odd and impossible to find DIY items, and then to Tesco where I only picked up 9 of my 10 for £3 yoghurts and had to go racing around skidding with the trolley to get another as the rest of my shopping was going through the till! I must admit I quite enjoyed the skidding! :)

Final task before I could go home was to deliver three cucumbers to a friend. Don't ask. So... I drove down the road and realised I had only been there once and had forgotten where she lived. I knew it was a private lane leading to a few houses but where?

Anyway to cut a long story short I ended up in an elderly couple's garden. I was VERY apologetic!!

Four hours, yes FOUR hours, after I left home, I finally got back. And for all that effort this is all you get!

Tomorrow I am staying in the garden! ;-)
