Geese at Large

I've noticed that the geese at Shottermill Ponds have a daily routine which includes hanging out on the roundabout and/or island over the road from the Ponds first thing in the morning. This often results in them holding the traffic up as they walk across the road in their own sweet time. I've often thought the walk itself would make a good blip but I was too late for that this morning, unfortunately.

In other news, I have acquired a ukulele and a 'teach yourself' book...
