St Ann's Hill
Another in an occasional series of shots from my home town. This is a section of the reconstructed remains of the Norman castle/fortified manor house built on top of St Ann's Hill in Midhurst in around 1160. The castle, set in five acres, consisted of a small chapel, hall, keep, living and ancillary quarters. Quite nice in large.
The ukulele is going surprisingly well! I've set myself a target of learning a new tune every day..so far so good (yesterday's was Michael Row the Boat Ashore - took me right back to primary school, that did - only three chords, but it still counts!).
Horribly behind with my commenting but will catch up very soon!
