Happy Children's Day!

"Every kid is an artist." Happy Children's Day

Have been celebrating Children's Day on 1st October my whole life
The ministry just had to shift all the occasions to happen on a friday...
Just for the sake of a longer weekend. I dont see the need.

So by right, today is Children's Day.
It is everybody's day :) Everyone is a kid. Even grown-ups.
Grown-ups are just kids with more layers and lesser courage.

In our parents' eyes, we are always their children.
A kid that never grows, a kid that they will never know how to let go.

Spent half my afternoon interacting with kids as part of the celebration.
Initially, it was hard to approach 'em, as I feared rejection like all humans do.
But if we never put in effort to try, we will never get an answer.

Personally I dont really enjoy mixing around with infants/toddlers/young kids...
I find 'em really really annoying and everything.

Back to topic, so eventually I got attached to a kid.
Got along quite well and we made animals out of balloons.


I dislike balloons more than I dislike kids though
