QOTD: How do one learn to be less sentimental?

Work went exceptionally well today since there were really lots for me to complete, which included phone calls to make. This telephobia has to be overcome some day. Or maybe today, right now. Courage and confidence is the resistance of fear!!!!! I can do this.
