Happy birthday Charles!!

1 today!!

We had a lovely day for Charles's birthday. When we went to pick Ellie up from school at lunch time, we went to Queenie Mumbles for lunch with my Dad. He had bought some 1st birthday helium balloons which Charles loved (and a Dora the explorer one for Ellie). When we finished our lunch and were about to pay, the waiter asked us to sit down again. He lowered the lights and put some music on really loud with happy birthday on! He made everyone sing it twice and bought a little cake with a candle on out and helped Charlie blow it out! It was so lovely of him, he made a real fuss and doesn't hardly even know us.

When we got home, I put Charles down for his nap and Matthew came home early. He bought in 2 huge bags of toys which he had bought for Charles's birthday and some clothes and a Dora CD for Ellie! So sweet.

I gave them a nice birthday tea and a bath and they are both sound asleep now!
