Gougères

Made a bowlful of gougères for a dinner party (basically a baked savory choux pastry with gruyere cheese in it).

Maybe my solution to losing my blip inspiration these days is just to bake something nice every day and then photograph it?

With a few Cider photos slipped in here and there...
