Garlic

I love using garlic in my cooking, but hate when you buy it supposedly 'fresh' in the supermarket and the first clove you break into has started to sprout. This one is okay though. One of the Greengrocers at Marchmont is selling great fat bulbs of French garlic, might give that a go this week..
