Monday

When my husband got up for work, had a quick peek out through the curtains and said 'oh, what a brilliant sunrise!', I didn't quite expect it to be as good as this. The iPhone does it no justice at all, but my girlie's Lumix has a 'sunset' mode, so there are far better pictures on there.

However, it's Monday and I'm in full 'busy-mum' mode (i.e. absolutely no time for faffing/ timewasting/deviating or switching on of the laptop), so you'll just have to make do with this!

*and the cat tried her best to get in on the act by climbing out of the bedroom window! Luckily she didn't protest much when I grabbed her back in...
