Pretty Little Things

Today was a family day as the cousins and Uncle came to visit. Toddler was very excited all morning waiting for them to arrive whilst Baby was occupied being a right mess on account of a new teeth deciding to come through on such a scorcher of a day.

When they got here we hit the beach which had already seemed to have been hit by everyone else in the county. I have never actually seen it so busy, there were people all the way down as far as you could see and we were on the quiet end of the beach. There was even a queue for the public toilets.

We all had a load of fun and splashing about and playing in the stoney sand. Toddler had a bundle of laughs at her cousins and it was really nice to see them all playing so well together. It was also very good to catch up with Uncle, my brother. At one point we went through all our ages and saying it in front of Brother made me wonder just how we had managed to reach our ages quite so quickly.

After a quick play in the house there was time for a lovely shot of all the kids and their pretty little faces before they headed for home. For the record Baby was not pulling a face, the teeth are making that his current look.
