A wee bit of a tarte

Following on from yesterday's Blip, today I present the fruits of my labour... (boom boom!)

I followed this recipe for tarte tatin (for the most part) but without a pan I could stick straight into the oven I had to improvise.

Still, the end result was well worth it, and a dollop of crème fraîche really complements the flavours.

And the whole thing cost less than £2 to make - how's that for downturn dessert!?
