This is taken from the top floor flat in Cloch View, a a new commercial housing development on the seafront at Dunoon which I visited early this afternoon.. 8 of the 25 flats in the block are available under the Scottish Government's shared equity scheme - a good affordable way to get on the housing ladder . Last month I visited the Old Court House in Rothesay, which has been converted beuatifully by Fyne Homes for the same purpose.
