A little pick-me-up

My blood test results today confirmed the anaemia that has been making me feel awful this week. Today has been hard going, feeling nauseous, weepy, exhausted and faint, but at least now I know why.

Half way through making dinner and feeling particularly tired I looked up and saw this rainbow through the kitchen window. I just stood and watched while it turned into a double rainbow and started to fade before it dawned on me to blip it! Duh!

It was so beautiful against the stormy sky, (which is now blue and sunny again - crazy weather!) and lifted my spirits!

And it'll be steak and spinach for me for the next week! (yuck!)
