Chocolate

I'm not normally a lover of chocolate cake. I love raw chocolate (of course), but baked in a cake, not so. However, my brother in law requested chocolate, and chocolate he got. Think I may have cracked the recipe for a rich chocolate cake.

Made with proper, quality chocolate and with the addition of cream, this bad boy of chocolate cake is very very rich. Topped off with two layers of cocoa rich butter cream - all that was left was crumbs!
