Yalumba

Another lovely day at work. We had some lovely customers through the door and I enjoyed recommending a few bottles of wine.

Also had the lovely Jane Ferrari in from Yalumba winery in Australia. Tried done fan blinking tactic wines, including the most amazing botrytised Voignier - which was an incredible taste explosion of honey and apricots. Would be an amazing paring with some artisan cheeses. Just need to persuade the big wigs to extend our range now...
