I think the Wales Rugby win went to this man's head as he went shopping in Betws y Coed today!

(He actually belonged to a Morris Dancing Troupe who were entertaining the Tourists . ) The whole village was buzzing with music, dancing, Craft Fairs etc. I did a lot of Christmas shopping!
