Another blustery wintery day here today - not that I'm complaining, I love the autumn & winter :)

I was treated to a lovely lie-in this morning and was even brought a cuppa in bed :) It's been quite a usual Saturday here doing the usual things - grocery shopping, laundry (which is never ending it seems) and this weekend, we have my niece Bernie staying over. Now that the new season of Glee is showing we have her every other weekend so she can get her fix. Yes, like Asha, the girl is a Gleek. It's fab having her here though and she loves it, not just because she gets to watch Glee but also because it gets her away from her 2 older brothers. It's nice for Arwen too as she gets to play out, something she can't do otherwise as all her friends live miles away. The only downside about going to a school outside the catchment area. Asha has been helping Bernie & Arwen make creepy Halloween cookies & cakes this afternoon so I have steered well clear of the kitchen :)

Once the debris & smoke has cleared, I shall venture in there to cook pizza and open some wine :)
