Pies!

As a bit of a treat, after having a week on no proper puddings, this morning I decided to make a lemon meringue pie. There was a bit of pastry left over, so I made a little cheese and tomato tart as well.

Can you have too much pastry in one day? Ah well, we've worked hard. We got the last two lintels in today and are hoping to get the kitchen door put in tomorrow.
