Chicken Tostadas! OMG YUM! I couldn't stop at 1. so i had 2..even though my hips & tush will hate me tomorrow. lol!
The color is off.. which sucks.. as this looked SOOO much better in person..

I've often thought about going into some sort of catering business. i love to entertain, i love to cook, i love being creative. this sort of business, would be perfect for me. - i'm not skinny by any means lol- so that addage that says "Never trust a *skinny * cook" wouldn't apply! *snicker*

have a great one. i'm gonna go watch some TV before turning in for the night.
