No more junk

........ just to prove D and I are back on the healthy stuff - although the bags of apples and satsumas were large so add a few bananas and I thought best not buy any more otherwise it will be too much and will start to go rotten before we have the change to eat it all.

Dad update he's still making progress he's back on teh heart ward and but worried coz he gets the results of his operation tomorrow to see what caused the blockage.

D update - he's still coughing but did make it to college although apparently now the gunge (totally gross!) is coming out so he feels he's on the mend - he must be ill coz he's hardly eating and asking for plain easy to digest food.

Apache is refusing to eat Whiskars me thinks he's had too many Shebas recently! So its a battle of wills will hunger win before I back down and exchange for a Sheba??
