Am I right ?

Am I right in thinking this is a monkey puzzle tree. I pass it most days on my dog walk and have yet to see any monkeys in it , then again come to think of it, I ain't seen many monkeys at all roaming around Edinburgh ( ok the zoo I head you cry) . So is that the puzzle or am I missing something ( again you cry out,,, your missing your marbles ya bloody eejit ) this blip craze is starting to mess with my mind !
