Not a good news day!

Our building work finished a couple of months ago. The final bit was to plaster this wall because it had been covered in a horrible artex pattern. To cut a long story short we then noticed a damp patch which was growing. Julian came back today with the plumber and has uncovered a whole can of worms....and a dead beetle ( see yesterdays blip!!) The pipe work has to be replaced as its obviously been punctured some time ago and left to corrode and seep into the brickwork. :(

I'm taking the dogs out to de stress!!
