When You Can Have It All.....

Today, in addition to an 8.30 swim for an hour, with sauna and ice cold shower, followed by sending Si and Tooli Up a hill, followed by a second swim, second sauna, and only half an ice cold shower, Tooli and I also Skated.

As you can see, we were wonderfully graceful in our poise, and also threw ourselves upon the ice to check out its icey coldness.

Whilst we laughed long and hard (which is the correct way, long and hard), over our tumbles. Sadly, it has left me injured. My right arm is firmly clamped to my side, and as long as my elbow does not move above waist height, I am fine, any higher and I sob like a baby.

This means that my hair is only washed on one side, but thankfully means that toilet is not a problem, cause you don't need to raise your arms for that.

Typing however is a tad of a problem - to do this, am having to stand stooped over computer so that elbow is in correct place. Sitting means it is higher than waist height, and I can't type while I sob.
