Who's gonna pay?

....as the number of free daily papers increases and a new generation of readers become accustomed to short copy, who is gonna pay 50p-£1 for tabloids and broadsheets..............what worries me much more is who is going to pay for the recycling of the estimated 150 tons of free papers dumped each day in and around our urban centres; 12 tons alone on the London Underground.

This chap caught my eye because he is much cooler than your average Metro distributor.
