Flower Urn?

While out on my morning walk yesterday, I got a bit more adventurous and checked out some of the neighborhood's side yards! After spotting this I returned this morning and got a pretty good shot?I was a little worried as there was a huge undraped window behind this and I was hoping the owners were not aware of me!!

This is really a 2 tiered fountain that they have turned into a planter and it is full of gorgeous pink "Busy Lizzie's" or Impatiens. I love the old world feel of this!
