It does my heart good!!

Have'nt been feeling too chipper for the last couple of days and would have been feeling a lot worse if it had'nt been for this little bottle. It used to be a wee tablet under the tongue - now its a couple of little puffs. So grateful for the wonders of modern science.
I have also back blipped 19th September.
