Cool and Natural

This image expresses how my head felt after spending a day working with natural light instead of fluorescent lights, as well as yesterday's image expressed well how my head felt after working under the fluorescents all day. What a difference it makes, really it does. The mind, so much calmer, and the muscles so much more relaxed. We're managing a compromise so far, and I'm so grateful for the ability to be productive for a whole day and not just the first few hours.

It has been a wonderful day from start to finish. Wonderful friends, inspiring conversation and transparency. So valuable.
