Bear with a sore...

.....I took a better look at Nancy's cycle helmet this morning. It's split from front to back and chewed-up pretty badly front and rear. The hospital consultant said if she'd not been wearing the helmet he'd be treating her for long term severe head injuries.............crazy.

I don't always wear my helmet in the summer 'cause it makes my head sweat but I think I'll be changing my attitude to head gear going forward.
