Is it a monster?

After a gruelling day at work, I came home to find I doing a light bulb inventory and cooking a roast dinner.

We currently only have 6/16 light bulbs working in the house, completely lost the hallway and kitchen which is unfortunate when you're trying to cook a roast dinner.

The problem is that we have extremely high ceilings and a less than reliable ladder coupled with wonky floors which makes changing them a life or death experience.

So, while we still have some dark, this is a blip of one of the lamps that serves to let us walk around the house relatively safely and a good demonstration of the height of our ridiculousy high ceilings!
