First blip with my new long lens...

Kiwi, of course, is my somewhat willing subject.

In this shot, you can see that he has one iris that is always larger than the other. I took Kiwi to a cat ophtalmologist in Toronto a few years ago and he ruled out cancer, tumour, or eye disease. He said that Kiwi probably hit his head at some point and it damaged his eye permanently so his iris has been like that ever since.

The lens is a Canon 55-250mm f/4-5.6, with image stabilizer. I am looking forward to playing with this one a lot...
