balm
nothing like a gladiator workout and a fresh salad to round out the day. its only day two and i need some love from an old friend: tiger balm! works wonders for sore muscles.
more studying. i still feel behind and the neuro info for this next exam just keeps pilling up....oh well. at least i enjoy the subject matter.
on ward. tomorrow is going to be a long day and it's going to start at 5:00, with a 5:30-6:30 CG workout. I must be crazy.
