farm fresh

nothing like farm fresh green beans in my favorite recipe:
lightly sautéed with garlic and tomatoes.

today was great! 5:30 am workout that kicked my arse--but I feel good about that.
If I don't push myself who will? (well, lets not answer that question...)

need to study so much more, its insane. comments and stars and hearts forthcoming.
